Ok, I think enfold is buggy, I have had a previous issue here with “updates” and nothing showing, I just created a new fresh site, new name, and a new enfold purchase an hour ago, this problem did not exist on other themes until I installed the enfold theme, would anyone happen to know how this can be fixed.? Thanks in advance
June 17, 2017 at 10:38 am #809250Hey benjaminmcavoy,
I don’t know what you mean by updates, is your site not updating with new posts for instance? Or you don’t see the automatic update of the theme? Please try to explain your problem a bit further so that we can help you out.
Best regards,
RikardJune 18, 2017 at 2:54 am #809442When I go into admin, and it shows that there is an item to update, I then select the update and there is nothing there to update at all..? how cab I send a photo here to show you..? is it the advance layer slide causing this..?
Thanks

June 18, 2017 at 7:59 am #809482Hi Ben,
Thanks for the feedback, though I can’t access your site. It’s displaying this error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '.' in /home/sensingh/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-woocommerce/woocommerce-mod-css-dynamic.php on line 242
Best regards,

June 30, 2017 at 12:42 am #814752I am now so frustrated with 14 days since purchase, I have decided to pay someone else to fix the issues with enfold install.
June 30, 2017 at 1:42 pm #814949I have now paid for some to install this theme, was working great until I loaded the Enfold Demo….. my whole admin is distorted. The login details of Wp are above in private and also cpanel. How can I remove this demo without deleting content I loaded before selecting the demo theme.?
July 1, 2017 at 4:24 am #815219Hi,
Thanks for the feedback and sorry for the problems you’re having. If you have imported demo content and want to remove it then you have to do it manually. You can find the content in the WordPress menu under Posts, Pages and Media.
Could you please post login details to WordPress as well?
Best regards,
RikardJuly 1, 2017 at 5:40 am #815238Yes I have done this now, now I am having admin distortion.? just seams to be one thing then another here, could you please login and see the issue.
I managed to fix the last three problems, So I deleted the theme deactivated all the plugins and kept them deactivated, when I select to modify the enfold theme in the editor the menu is not there and I can not upload a Logo. Surly one person can not have this much drama with a fresh install.?
Thanks
Ben
