Issue with trying to get my password/registration login for the forum

Hello!
I am trying to get support for my Enfold theme since I am having an issue with extra white space being added all around the hero image I’m using. This all happened after I updated the theme in a staging area and when I duplicate the slider it displays almost correctly below the slider.
Any who I registered with my email Chris@DennoDigital.com and I am unable to get my password in my inbox for some odd reason. Can I get a password through this since I just need to ask a support question regarding that hero image on the home page.

Hi Chris,

I’ve reset your password manually, you should be able to login with the password in private.
