    Hi there,

    Since two days I’m having issues with the Enfold embedded integration of the “Mailchimp sign-up forms”. The page where the form normally is displayed is completely empty. When entering the page editor and re-selecting the list normally I see the fields coming back from Mailchimp. Now the input fields are not displayed.

    Is there an error on the Mailchiimp side or is there potentially something wrong within this Enfold functionality?

    I’m having the same issue

    Everything looks fine on the Theme Newsletter Option – The API Key is verified and my Mailchimp list is displayed.

    Adding the widget, my list is displayed and I can selected it.

    But there’s nothing added to the web site at all. I confirmed this by adding a text box below the widget and that is displayed

    Our developers fixed the issue and it will be included in the upcoming version of Enfold.

    Hi Yigit,

    I have installed the received version Enfold however the field “e-mail” seems to be missed in the pulling of fields. So basically all fields related to the Mailchimp audience list show up with the modal, however the most important field “e-mail” doesn’t show up. This while it’s still part of the “Audience field settings” within Mailchimp.

    Hi iainwilson,

    Thanks for the login credentials, however, it doesn’t have an admin permission, so we could not try to change it via the WordPress backend.
    Also, the FTP, does not seem to point to the correct location, please check.

    Hi,
    @Enfoldfanatic please ensure that you have reverified the mailchimp API key at Enfold Theme Options ▸ Newsletter ▸ Mailchimp after you updated, and then you must edit the mailchimp element and re-save it and the page. If this doesn’t work then try the version linked below, I have tested it and it works correctly.
