Theme’s contact form is not working, it doesn’t send emails to configured email id. Tried Contact Form 7 instead, which works very well.
Now problem is theme is not sending wocommerce order alerts also. Please help with this.Thanks.

If you still have any issue Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

Since you are insulting our staff in our support threads I will make this short: If you don’t use a more mature language we will not provide any support at all.
I can understand your frustration if something does not work as intended but please keep in mind that bad manners won’t help in fixing your issues :)
As for your problem: You tell us that neither Woocommerce nor registration mails are sent and blame the theme for it.
This is NOT a theme issue. Try to activate another theme and see for yourself. Non of this will be fixed, because its a server issue.
An issue you should be able to solve by using “the dumb link” my staff already postet for you.
Due to your server settings you probably need to activate and use SMTP or change some of those server settings (in that case a mail to your hosting provider usually does the trick)
This is of course an educated guess, based on problems other users have had, but if you are not willing to try the solutions our team is posting for you and also don’t want to share your login credentials for us to test then there is no way to verify that guess and help you…

IMO a theme, for which a user has paid for, should not hard code link to a footer. A theme should be easy, a theme should be intuitive. Do you think its very user friendly or intuitive for a wordpress user to know a short code will go in options menu ? People buy theme to save time, if a wordpress user has to refer to your documentation for such a small things, then thats what makes your theme poor. Even your auto update feature doesn’t work properly. It checks for an update, says no update is available with an option to check manually. When you click on that check manually option, it shows that an update is available. There are so many issues with your theme, i have been struggling with it for almost a month now.
A support staff should be smart enough to understand the question, analyze the situation and then provide advice, not post a link like a bot. Do you really think after a naive reply, it gives your customer confidence to share admin credentials ??
TBH i do not have time to argue with you, but you should check out few themes and see all the things your theme is lacking with. Thats the only suggestion i can give you. I know its a bit hard for you to digest as you have 98K downloads and probably no one ever have given such an opinion. But its upto you, either you can test few things around, improve your product or you can just call your customer abusive and get on with it. Nevertheless since i haven’t made any progress in any of the issues i am facing, i certainly do not see any point discussing anything further with you. Goodbye
