Hello Kriesi,
On my website all my styling has suddenly disappeared (font-weight, padding, font-style etc.), when I’m NOT logged in as admin.
The strange thing is when I’m logged in everything seems fine.I’ve cleared all caches and tried to deactivate them but no styling appears rightfully.
Do you have any solution to that?
Thanks :)December 20, 2017 at 12:58 am #890663Hey Xperten,
Have you tried disabling all active plugins to see if this issue still occurs? Also, have you tried to reproduce in multiple browsers?
Best regards,

Thanks for your reply.I’ve tried to disable all the plugins and reproduce in multiple browsers (e.g. firefox and safari) but still got the issue.
I had the same problem on another theme earlier (yesterday) on another site with the background image, which I fixed by attaching it to the body-tag. I think it’s a proper way, but it’s still strange that the styling, images etc. are incorrect when I’m not logged in as admin.I can style it all over again (for users not logged in) so it looked like before, but then it will be an issue for me as admin.
Hope you understand what i mean :)Best regards,
XpertenDecember 20, 2017 at 5:19 pm #890856Hi Xperten,
Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
Which elements should we pay attention to? Please disable caching and minification while we’re helping you.Best regards,
VictoriaDecember 20, 2017 at 6:05 pm #890880Hey Victoria,
Thanks for your reply as well.
Sure. I’ve attached login information for temporary user/acces in the private contentI don’t think there are any specific elements you should pay attention to.
I’ve disabled caching (WP Rocket). If you need to disable any other plugins, you’re welcome to do that.Hope it can be fixed :)
Kind regards
