    I have the main footer settings set to not show the socket. However on pages such as these too that have limited content the socket is showing. Please advise on how to fix this.

    Hey Marnie,

    What you are seeing is background color of HTML. Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab to change it to match footer color

    html {
        background: #ecc3b2;
    }

    Best regards,

    I was able to fix the color under the SOCKET background by changing the color. However the footer is extremely large still.

    Hi,

    This is how your page looks on my end on 1920x1200px screen. Please flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times

    Best regards,

    I have tried as you said and also viewed the pages in both Safari and Chrome. Still the footer space is too large. Please kindly login to the site and see if you can fix this. Thank you.

    Hi VastMarketing,

    This is what the footer looks like, with big screen size ( in private ). What do you need to change? The height? Or it is ok now?

    Best regards,

    This is what it looks like on all of my browsers on the computer as well as on mobile devices. The pages that have little content seem to be the issue.

    Hi,

    That is expected. As a workaround, you can try adding your elements inside a Color Section element and set its height to 100% of screen height

    Ok. I tried this and now the text has a large blank space above it.

    I also tried adding a section with the text box and then added a color section under it. It worked on this page http://ashleygreysalon.com/policies/, but the same technique did not work on this page: http://ashleygreysalon.com/about/.
    Would you mind logging in and taking a look please? Thank you.

    Hi,

    You should move the text or content inside the color section. Set its minimum height to 100% or the height of the browser screen.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
