Hello, we have used the real estate plugin Optima Express successfully with Enfold for many years now.
At some point in the recent past, the behavior of one of the pages which is not hosted on our site but instead is fed from their servers and customized by the plugin, has changed.
If you view this page and scroll down to middle and click on the bar that says “Features, Map etc” and click on “map” for instance, the page scrolls back to the top. Previously, the map would appear. The plugin author is saying this is an issue with the theme (don’t they always say?? that haha) and I do notice that other websites running different themes but same plugin are working as normal (click map and map appears). Can you tell from viewing the console errors (there are several) if this is some sort of hook that has changed ? Is there a way to tell if this is a theme issue or plugin?
Thanks!

Which version of Enfold and WordPress are you currently using?
If you are using Enfold 4.7.6.4 and WordPress 5.6, could you please install this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/ and set jQuery version to Legacy one in plugin settings, clear cache and check if that helps?I cannot see related error in console but if it is a recent issue, I would guess it might be WP update :)
Cheers!
YigitFebruary 3, 2021 at 8:52 pm #1277455Hi Yigit! thank you! As always you are a genius. That fixed it.
Is this solved via a future theme update or is this something I need to inform plugin author or both?
Thanks again!!!
Rob
PS While I am here, I notice the support forum loading is taking longer and longer… I wonder if it’s running into a database size issue? I have noticed this for a few months now where it says “connecting” for a few seconds and then finally loads… in the past it would load almost instantly. Just FYI, no big deal for me but thought I would let you know in case something is getting ready to break.
February 3, 2021 at 9:15 pm #1277460Hi,
You are welcome!
Yes, it is fixed in Enfold and will be included in upcoming update which was delayed due to compatibility issue with WPML. As soon as we make sure they work well together, we will release the update. You can delete the plugin after updating Enfold :)
Thanks for letting us know! We will keep an eye on it :)
Best regards,
