Issue with purchase and registrering for support

Hi, I have tried multiple times to register for support, including using an old registration and I keep going round in circles. We have purchase a total of 14 enfold license. I am having an issue with one as I have just transferred it from the test site to the live site and on the live site Aria Layout Builder will not work. Nothing on the settings from the test site to the live site has changed. The memory is sufficient, I have tested each individual plug in by deactivating, I have refreshed my browser but no matter what I do it seems that when you try to edit a page it just spins and the builder wont load (when you try to add a new page the builder is not even showing). Sorry I am having to contact you this way but I am not able to get to you any other way. I have included the last license purchase: 6a8a303b-aa23-4960-b87c-ef12562db796 (SCA_Studio) – the email it is registered under is (Email address hidden if logged out) (these also get sent to me as well as the one listed above). Please can you advise (I am only a builder of sites using themes so do not have vast knowledge on the developer side of things). Thanks in advance.
