    After upgrading from Enfold 5.3 to 5.4.1 the pdf embedder plugin (https://wp-pdf.com/premium/) doesn’t show any embedded pdf. Instead a tiny version of the website (mobil Version) is displayed.

    Hey Sven,

    We can’t provide support for third party plugins which do not have official support unfortunately, maybe you could try using a different plugin or try reaching out to the plugin developers?

    even if it’s an old post, this was a solution provided by you: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/best-way-to-embed-a-pdf/
    This was my Intention to spend some money on that premium plugin and it worked until version 5.3 of Enfold Theme. So something must have changed between version 5.3.1.1 and 5.4.1 which breaks the plugin. I tested the plugin with the standard theme twenty twenty an there it works.

    Hi,

    If someone from out team has recommended something, then I’m sure they have used and tested that plugin and found it to be working well. That can of course change anytime, and we don’t test new theme releases with unsupported plugins.

    I had a look at your site, but I can’t see anything obviously wrong with it. If you point out the problem, then we might be able to find an easy solution. If not, then I would have to direct you the plugin developers, or try using a different plugin.
