    Dear Support Team,
    I am experiencing an issue with the page scaling on my website using the Enfold template. My pages are displaying smaller in scale compared to the demo versions, with a lot of empty space on the sides.

    I have tried adjusting the settings in the Layout Dimensions section, including changing the “Maximum Container Width” to 1310px, but this did not resolve the issue. The pages still appear smaller than expected.

    Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Any guidance on what else I could try or if there is a known fix would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for your support.

    Hey pnamroud,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    The site looks fine on our end with the maximum container width set to 1310px.

    .responsive .container {
        max-width: 1310px;
    }

    Would you mind providing a screenshot of the issue? You can use platforms like Savvyify, Imgur or Dropbox.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi Ismael,
    Thank you for your response.
    When I view the site from my laptop, everything looks fine. However, when I view the site on a desktop monitor, the font appears small, and there are large empty spaces on the sides of the page.
    I have taken screenshots to show the issue. I provide a link to them in the “Private Content” section.

    I appreciate your help in resolving this.

    Hi,

    I can’t see any differences on my end when viewing the site on a 27″ monitor and scaling it down. Maybe you have zoom active in one of your browsers? If not, then we would have to know what exactly that you want to change and on which screen sizes.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,
    Thank you for your response.
    Regarding the issue, I would like the font on the site to be larger, and the empty spaces on the left and right sides to be smaller. Ideally, I want the text to span almost the entire screen, with less space on the sides.

    I am experiencing a similar issue with another one of your templates: “Enfold Medical” (https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-medical/).
    When I view the demo on your site, it appears wider, and the fonts are larger. However, after downloading and installing it on my WordPress site, the template appears much narrower, with larger empty spaces on the sides and smaller fonts.

    I have attached a link to screenshots for comparison between how the template looks on your demo and how it appears on my WordPress site. You will find the link in the “Private Content” section.

    Could you please advise on how I can resolve this issue?

    Thank you again for your assistance.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    The site and the demo looks fine on our end. What is the screen resolution of your desktop monitor? Have you tried checking it on a different desktop with a screen resolution lower than 2K? It’s possible that your current desktop monitor has a larger screen resolution, perhaps 2K, 4k or higher. Also, make sure that the browser zoom is set to 100% or default.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi Ismael,
    Thank you for your continued assistance with this matter.
    As you requested, I have double-checked my system settings. (My screen resolution and my browser zoom). I have also tested on a different device with a lower screen resolution, and the issue persists.
    But I’m happy to report that I’ve found a workaround for the “pages displaying smaller in scale” issue. By adjusting the Layout Dimensions section, specifically changing the Maximum Container Width from 1310px to a percentage value, I was able to achieve the desired layout and scale.

    I wanted to share this solution as it may be helpful for other users experiencing similar problems.

    Thank you again for your help.
