I seem to be having a JS or CSS issue with my mobile menu, that is preventing users from clicking items that have submenus.
ie “FESTIVAL INFO” and “NEWS / BLOG” work, but all the other items do not, since they contain submenus
here’s the site: http://www.austinpsychfest.com/
any ideas?
Hey!
Do you have this option selected in the Theme Options (Header Layout > Mobile Menu)?
Cheers!
Josue
Yes, that option is selected because I don’t want to show the sub-items, and it’s working as expected.
The issue I’m having is that the parent item is not clickable in the mobile menu (but is on all other device layouts)
Hi,
Can you please create me an administrator account? post it here as a private reply.

Josue
Having the same problem, can’t click on the menu on a mobile device?
Hi!
I tested your website on an Android (Chrome) device and the mobile menu worked fine, also tested on the iOS emulator – http://screencast.com/t/zllVvnu2T
Which device/browser are you using?

Josue
Then try now, and try to tap any Sub menu content?
Hi!
You’re using a very old version of the theme. Please download the latest version 3.0.1 from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. Please refer to this link for more info: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Make sure that you’re running WordPress 4.0. Some of the theme elements and layout might change a bit. You need to make a few adjustments after the update.
Cheers!
