This is a new issue that I believe may have been caused by the update, as it wasn’t an issue before. My companies website utilizes “masonry gallery” for thumbnails, that open into youtube or vimeo videos. Now when they are clicked, they tend to jump around/move slightly if you move your mouse at all, which is very distracting/makes our videos look bad.
Can someone look into a solution for this?
Our website, for reference:

May 2, 2018 at 4:05 am #949784Would really love some help on this. My company is a video production company and because the lightbox isn’t working properly, we cannot display our videos when they appear extremely glitchy. I’ve tried everything to fix this issue.
May 2, 2018 at 2:55 pm #950090Sorry to bump this but this is extremely urgent for my business. Can someone please look into this ASAP? I would greatly appreciate it.
May 2, 2018 at 3:59 pm #950127Any update on this? I don’t want to have to roll back the theme to fix this if possible. We are running various ads and get a lot of traffic to our site. We need to get this fixed ASAP.
May 2, 2018 at 4:50 pm #950141Moderators/developers from Kriesi, please look into this…getting very frustrating not getting any response.
May 2, 2018 at 6:55 pm #950211Really surprised that this hasn’t received a single reply on a major issue. What is going on here?
May 2, 2018 at 8:07 pm #950246Really finding it concerning that every other topic/request is assisted by a moderator, yet my urgent topic has no-reply.
May 2, 2018 at 9:54 pm #950325Hi,
I checked the page in private content field in on Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Opera but lightbox opens and plays videos fine on my end. Which browser and OS are you using? Also, could you please post a screencast showing the issue?
Best regards,
YigitMay 2, 2018 at 10:10 pm #950335I did a screencast and uploaded the video as an unlisted video so you can see what I am seeing. I have also tried in various web browsers, computers, clearing cache, etc. It looks like it is trying to re-size the element (masonry gallery) and keeps flickering to make the videos literally unwatchable. Even if you don’t move the mouse.

May 2, 2018 at 11:34 pm #950376Can you please check the screencast video above to see if you can provide us with a solution ASAP? We would greatly appreciate the help, as this website is our main source for obtaining new clients (various Google, facebook, and yelp ads all link to our site)…in the current state our videos our unplayable which is seriously damaging our reputation.
May 3, 2018 at 12:55 am #950392For what it’s worth, I see the same problem when I go to the site using Chrome.
May 3, 2018 at 2:18 am #950410May 3, 2018 at 2:03 pm #950778Moderators…PLEASE look into this. I have waited 2 days for a fix and have only gotten one reply. Please see my screencast video above and provide a solution. This is really hurting my company.

Sorry to keep bumping this. I am getting no response on a major issue and minor issues with theme functionality are getting full responses.May 3, 2018 at 3:03 pm #950816Hi,
I am now able to reproduce the issue. Could you please post WP admin logins here privately so we can look into it?
Best regards,

Thank you for looking into this.
May 3, 2018 at 4:31 pm #950908Hi,
It seems like you are serving files from another server therefore custom CSS is not being applied. Following code should fix the issue
.mfp-iframe-scaler iframe { box-shadow: none !important; }
Best regards,
YigitMay 3, 2018 at 6:59 pm #951007Is there any way you can add that custom CSS in? We dont have access to a laptop currently and would really appreciate the help.
May 3, 2018 at 7:09 pm #951015Hi,
I added it in Quick CSS and in enfold/css/custom.css file but since assets are served from another domain, it is not working.
Is it possible to disable that redirection from this site? Or, do you have logins to other site?Regards,
YigitMay 3, 2018 at 8:51 pm #951084I’m not sure what site anything else is being served from other than our CDN. When I disabled our catching plugin which was connecting our CDN it still caused the issue. I really don’t understand why everything was perfect before the update, now this issue starts happening the second we update to 4.3.
May 3, 2018 at 8:52 pm #951087Is there a setting I need to change on MaxCDN to tell it to serve content differently to the website.
May 4, 2018 at 12:41 am #951169Reached out to our CDN to see if they were the issue…they think it is theme related still.
Any thoughts on this?
