    I’m trying to open a new ticket in the forum section. I have my license code right here: 977af142-f169-443e-ba04-bd612a1db964

    When I try to register with that code I get this:

    SORRY, BUT THAT ITEM PURCHASE CODE HAS ALREADY BEEN REGISTERED WITH ANOTHER ACCOUNT. PLEASE LOGIN TO THAT ACCOUNT TO CONTINUE, OR CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT WITH ANOTHER PURCHASE CODE.

    I’m signed into my account right here (https://themeforest.net/downloads) and it says that I need to renew my support. If I do that, will my license code then work and allow me to start a new topic in the forums?
