Hi, I have raised this query before which one of your team member( Victoria) picked up initially but failed to follow up on any additional questions. This is disappointing!. After chasing a few times and even requesting someone else to pick up the query, I am now logging another one. Please, can someone help urgently?
Issue –
The images on our website are randomly disappearing! Any type of images – logos, pictures, headshots simply vanish and I don’t see any pattern. I, however, feel this is largely the case with new or more recent posts and pages. I have tried to fix this by reuploading all the images, change sizes and even free up some space from the image library but to no avail.
This is negatively impacting our inbound queries and I am also running several paid ads linked to various landing pages, so need to get this fixed urgently. Can you kindly check?
Website link and a selection of landing page URLs mentioned below –PS. I was told to deactivate all plugins but there are several plugins on our site – some like Elemontor have been used to build some of our key landing pages. I am worried about the visitor impact/ site performance if I deactivate Elementor. A few other important plugins are Yoast, Pardot and GA Google Analytics. My next question is – are there any particular plugins you recommend deactivating instead of deactivating them all?
I look forward to your prompt response.
Thanks

Sorry for the late reply. Opening new threads for the same problem is not a very good idea since we don’t have a history to refer to. I had a look at your site but I can’t see anything obvious missing, how can we reproduce the problem you are having?
Best regards,
