    Hi.

    I sent you a mail about this before too. I am using the live support software from cSupportHQ but when someone tries to chat with me the chat header isn’t showing properly. They told me it’s an issue with the css. I put an image and the link to my website in the mail.

    Hi Semel,

    If we can see the site live we may be able to assist with a css fix. Typically however we aren’t able to offer support for third party plugins.

    Just post the URL here or post it with http://goo.gl/ to hide the url.

    Here is the website, http://goo.gl/0aPM41. The chat bar is only showing when I’m online, I sent a picture to your support email address. When I look on the css in Firefox, it’s the overflow, I just don’t know how to change it.
