    Hi! Please help me with the email issue, so I do not receive emails sent from contact forms on my web web page. So I tried using regular contact form that comes with Enfold theme, then I tried using Contact Form 7. Then I contacted godaddy support but what they have done, installed SMTP plugin and it did not helped also. I will appreciate your help.

    Hey aram,

    Did you receive the form when you sent it with Contact Form 7? If so, then it’s not a theme problem and would be out of scope of theme support.

    It looks like your contact form is using the email address: (Email address hidden if logged out) please correct.

    Thank You for the reply! But that is not the issue. The one that you mentioned is from template, I have added, deleted, moderated so many times to fix that issue, but nothing helps. Please do not hesitate to change those destination emails to your own or create new forms to make test and see that nothing goes through. There is also contact form 7 on that same page, and it does not go through also. Thank You in advance!

    Hi,
    Thanks for correcting this to a email address with the same domain as your site, when I check your SMTP plugin I see that youe SMTP SSL Authentication was disabled.
    I enabled this for you but I see the error “SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host. Failed to connect to serverSMTP server error: Failed to connect to server” from your CF7 so it looks like your SMTP login is not correct.

    Solved that issue with SMTP with hosting support. Emails are now going through. I appreciate for your help and support. Best regards!
