Hi, I have done a theme update and then after experiencing this issue did it again and have reinstalled wordpress.
On some editing screens I am getting blanks. On the texr box none of the options are there such as choosing typeface and colours.
Can you help? Here is a screenshot of button options https://ibb.co/V3TNgZp

Thanks for the login details. I can’t reproduce that problem on my end when editing a button on your front page, could you try using a different browser please?
Best regards,

Yes it does, thank you. I see that the server is responding with a 403 forbidden error on the WordPress file in private, I’m not sure exactly why that is though. Please enable debug mode, so that we can copy the content to a new page: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode. We can do it for you, if you give us permission to do so.

Thanks for that. I created a test page, please see private. I deleted the last 2 buttons, as they seemed to be the problem, then duplicated the first one twice, and changed the text. That seems to have worked, could you check on your end as well please? If that it works for you too, then you can repeat the process on the page you linked to previously.

Thanks for the update. The screenshot you posted is not working, please check.
The likely problem here is the content in the element which are not working, since everything is working after I duplicated the working one on the test page. This is not a general theme problem, so there’s no code fix for this unfortunately. And it’s not happening on every element, since some are working, like the button I duplicated on the test page.
If you want to investigate this further, then please try reaching out to your hosting provider to check why the server is responding with a 403 forbidden error on some of the elements.
Best regards,
Rikard -
