If I put a color section at the end of the page, the sidebar goes after the color section instead of being above.
If I remove sidebar, the color section goes fine at the end of the page.

Thank you for using our theme.
The color section is a fullwidth element and pushes the sidebar down – this is the standarb behaviour.
If you want to have a sidebar above, you must use a 1/1 layout element with a wiget content element.
