Hi,
since the last update, my mobile menu doesn’t appear anymore.
Or more precisely, it appears on some page and not others. Also, I do not really need it on desktop.
How could I deactivate the burger menu feature? My website is for a sport event which is in 15 days now.
It’s really not a good time for me to have the website not working on mobiles.July 19, 2017 at 11:36 pm #824242Hey JMDP,
Try adding the following to quick css:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px){ .main_menu .avia-menu, #header_main_alternate, .fallback_menu { display: block!important; }}
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonJuly 20, 2017 at 10:24 pm #824879Hi Jordan,
hem… no menu anymore on the mobile.
Can’t I deactivate the burger function in order to stay as I was before the Enfold updates?
The event is in 15 days and I’m a bit embarrased with this.
Or would you be nice to have a look through the login-pwd I’ve created for Kriesi.
My trouble being that I’m working on that site at night only, as I’m doing it to help the association, so I could investigate furthermore but really have no time for it. So, if it’s quick for you to try, feel free to do it, I’ll appreciate, and if you can’t, which I’ll perfectly understand, just let me know how to deactivate would be very nice. I really don’t mind. (As in often say here, I appreciate Enfold a lot and won’t change my mind for that.)
We have 160 swimmers, bikers, trailers and it’s a tough job to prepare everything. Not having the menu on mobile devices is a real issue for me.
Let me know.
JMJuly 20, 2017 at 10:33 pm #824883Hi,
I deleted cache in Autoptimize plugin. Mobile menu works fine on my end currently. Please review your website :)

YigitJuly 20, 2017 at 11:23 pm #824900Not fair to laugh at me :-( but anyhow fair to answer by return.
I deactivated wp-supercache, auto-optimize, emptied every cache everywhere, and it still doesn’t work on my mobile.
I’ve also re-updated from 4.1.0 to 4.1.1 to 4.1.2 (there was a trouble with Tab section reason why I straight updated and re-updated)
So yes, I try to check and recheck my website. :-/
So…I don’t know what to do now.Any idea?
Let me know.
Best regards.
JMJuly 20, 2017 at 11:32 pm #824901Hi,
I checked once again and it does work fine on my iphone. I attached a screenshot in private content field. Which OS and browser are you using?
Best regards,
YigitJuly 21, 2017 at 12:00 pm #825078Hi Ygit, thanks for being back :-),
I both tried on a Huawei and a Samsung S5, both having the last Android version.
And tested it with Chrome, Mozilla, Focus, and Samsung browser. Also, a friend of mine has just tested it on her Huawei also: she doesn’t have any menu. She had never been on the site before, so no local browser cache possible issue I think.
As far as you are on iOS, could it be a possible issue with Android?
July 21, 2017 at 3:34 pm #825137Hi,
That would be surprising but might be. I will ask my teammates to check your website on their Android devices. Please kindly wait to hear from them :)

July 22, 2017 at 3:01 am #825274Hi!
We checked your site and noticed the menu items in horizontal main menu also appears in the hamburger menu on chrome desktop. I believe this duplication of menu is not intentional ?
1. The caching plugin is active on your site. This will not load the latest files when you make any changes please purge the cache in the plugin settings.
2. For testing purpose please deactivate all active plugins including the caching plugin to check if any plugins is causing a conflict.
Load the site on your android phone and refresh several times ( 5 to 10 ) it should clear the cache and load new files.
Let us know if you still have any issue.
Cheers!
VinayJuly 22, 2017 at 5:06 am #826735Hi,
Chrome browser on LG Android doesn’t show any menu, see Private Content area.
I don’t have a solution right now, perhaps down grading to 4.0 would be good as your event is coming due very soon.Best regards,
MikeJuly 22, 2017 at 6:57 pm #828441Hi Vinay and Mark, thanks to your suggestion,
I deactivated plugins one by one, and finally found a conflict with:Remove query strings from static resources
This plugin will remove query strings from static resources like CSS & JS files inside the HTML <head> element to improve your speed scores in services like Pingdom, GTmetrix, PageSpeed and YSlow
Version 1.4 | Par Speed Up My Website, Your WP Expert |Then reactivated others including caches plugins. It now seem to be OK on both desktop and mobile.
:-) :-) :-)
So, you’ll probably find stg in there to fix the issue and notice other users of this or such plugins depending on the conflict :-)
PS : By the way, for my info, where would I have found the 4.0 version of Enfold to downgrade and wouldn’t it have erase all theme settings?

Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
Best regards,
