Hello,
I bought the Enfold theme, and having an issue when I am using the Demo Import feature. I imported several Demos and saw that they were clashing. What I mean is that some pages from “Gym Demo” were on “Landing Page Demo”.
I had to use the plugin “WordPress Reset” to start over. I am concerned that when I do this, I will lose all of my contents on the website I have worked on.
Is there a way I can import the Demos, and add my personalized contents, and not have my contents lost/clashed while testing with different Demos?

Alternatively demo data can be imported using XML file from Admin > Tools > Import > WordPress
Make sure to check the option “Download and import file attachments” while importing.Please note this will not import the theme settings you may need to set them up and upload if any images are missing from backend once the XML file is imported.

Is there a video that explains this? I am new to the WordPress platform so this is a new learning experience for me. Should I download my files first before experimenting with XML files? My website is built and I do not want to lose data.

If you only want specific content I would suggest you activate debug mode in order to see shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/. You can then link to the pages you are interested in and we’ll give you the shortcode so that you can copy it in to a new page.
