Dear Enfold Team,
We recently discovered that when we try to edit a page with bullets in the text with both the Visual and Text editor, it automatically creates extra unordered lists (<ul’s>) in the code after saving. This causes the bullits to move and creating excess white spaces on the page and because of this we have to make sure that we remove the excess code everytime we want to edit or add an extra bullit.
We were wondering if this is a known issue and how we can solve this?
I have added a screenshot of the issue in case my description is not clear enough.

Hmm, you should be getting version 3.3.2 now. Try one more time and extract and view the style.css file to see what version it is. If it’s still showing 3.3.1 then contact themeforest support and let them know about this.

September 10, 2015 at 4:23 am #500797Um.. went to Themeforest support on this item and sent me back here… I just need a way to update the files… this is critical as we are about to submit to an auditing committee… and it needs to work.

Are you sure that you are uploading the correct version? Most of Enfold users are were able to download version 3.3.2 from ThemeForest and update their themes. I do not think there would be issue on your profile and if there is, Envato support should be able to help you as download and purchase are managed by them. Please once again try to download a fresh copy.

When I go to their support, it goes to you… says I have 6 months left of support through you guys.. Again… I’m not sure what else to say other than, please just send me a link to get the files – that seems the simplest. I’ve included my email in the private comments.

We are a bit reluctant about sending the theme via email or file transfer, the theme info you posted previously seems not to be either 3.3.1 or 3.3.2 but 3.2? I know this is not what you want to hear but could you please try again?

RikardSeptember 13, 2015 at 3:23 pm #502323I must be an idiot. The version (see copied in private content) has various versions listed in chronological order NONE are 3.3.2…. none of which are new updates as you guys posted on 9-7 above by Yigit.
The last update was in August (3.3.1). Either way, the files on ThemeForest ARE the ones I have installed on my sites and NONE are fixing the issue. ThemeForest sends me to you for support so, when you ask me to have them update your file for you, that’s weird and it’s not possible (and not my job, it’s yours).
So now what?

I just downloaded the latest version from themeforest.
In the root of the main zip, there is a version.txt that says: 2015 August 20nd – Version 3.3.1
But in the enfold.zip the file style.css says: Version: 3.3.2
This may cause some confusion…Regards,
