Hello – I tried to upload theme and got error message, I then tried to download from themeforest and upload but that did not work either, Please help! Thank you.

I have checked the settings and it seems all passed and shouldn’t have any issues, though I’m tempted to update it but if it does fail there will be a downtime on your site.
Can you create a staging site instead? it’s basically a clone of your site placed in a subdomain, here is a tutorial on how to do it: https://themeisle.com/blog/wordpress-staging-site/
This way we can try to update it without any risk on your live site.Best regards,

I renamed your current theme to “enfold-old” then I uploaded the new “enfold” and checked that your site is working correctly. Please also check for yourself.
Once you are happy you, (or I) can delete the “enfold-old” via ftp, (not the WP theme page)
Should for some reason you wish to roll-back to the old version, it’s easy to do, simply rename the new “enfold” to “enfold-new” via ftp and then rename “enfold-old” to “enfold” then refresh your page.I have also set the new Enfold Theme Options > Select Your Editor option to “Classic Editor” but it’s really a personal choice, feel free to adjust.
