Hi I have had a number of customers contact me and tell me that when they try to check out that there is no option for them to select NSW. I think this may be a design flaw. There is an option to scroll up and find NSW but given the number of customers who have reported this issue it is obviously not very intuitive to do that. Is there anything you can do to help with this issue as I am concerned that I am losing sales from the ones that don’t bother to report it and just bounce from the page.
My website is westcoasthammocks.com.au

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

The issue is not that all the states are not available but rather that they don’t all show at once and there is a hidden scroll bar to move up and down. Perhaps some not so savvy computer users don’t realise that you can scroll up or down because they can’t see their state is the list that is shown. They potentially bounce from the site.

The usability of the WooCommerce checkout process is not something we’re in charge of, unfortunately. You could try customizing some parts of it, but you will need to hire a freelancer to do it for you.
Happy holidays!
If you need further assistance please let us know.
Best regards,
