    Hi there,

    I am having issues with my custom link on my menu bar. I have a link on my menu bar labeled “Resume” which opens up to a PDF file saved in media library. Whenever I place “Resume” between “Press” and “Headshots” on the menu and click save, the page loads at 404 Page Error. When its placed as the last menu item, its saves normal. I have another custom link on the menu which saves normal too so I’m not sure if this is a bug or something. Theme is up to date and everything. Can you please help?

    Hi Tony,

    Thanks for the login details. Since your not using the Mega Menu, could you try turning that option off in the menu under Appearance->Menus please?

    I turned off the mega menu option, clicked save and it still said 404 Error. However, I did manage to rearrange the menu item on Appearance -> Customize -> Menus and save succesfully.
