    Hi Guys,

    Got an question that annoys me a lot, have been searching for ages but can’t find it.

    Recently I entered some code (shown below) in the Web Styling > Main Content > Quick CSS box. But I can’t find a way to remove it, the box is empty but the code is still in the site.

    .responsive .container {
        max-width: 100%;

    My question: in which file does the CSS go when entered?

    Hey rubenb,

    It is stored inside wp-content/uploads/dynamic_avia/enfold.css file

    Hi Jordan,

    Thanks for your reply. When I remove the line in that file, the line automatically comes back.
    When I set ‘CSS file merging and compression’ under the performance menu to disable and then remove the line, the problem is gone.

    If I re-enable the ‘CSS file merging and compression’ option, the line is back…

    Looks like it’s coming from somewhere else dynamically….?

    Hi,

    Are you viewing the line via the browser inspector?

    Removing it in the dedicated file wp-content/uploads/dynamic_avia/enfold.css
    Can see the line via my browser element inspector.

    Hi,
    Please try removing the rule from your Quick CSS then go to your “CSS file merging and compression” and at the bottom of that page your see the option “Delete old CSS and JS files” check that box then click “save all settings”
    Then go back to Quick CSS and add a blank space and click “save all settings” again.
    Then clear your browser cache and check.
    You should not have any cache plugin active.

    If this doesn’t help, please include a admin login in the private content area so we can take a closer look.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi Mike,

    Thanks for the reply, unfortunately it doesn’t work.

    I will try some more things before sharing any credentials.
