Please can you help me to resolve issue

Did you check the Custom Error 404 Page option in the main page of the theme options? If that is active, then please try to deactivate it. If it’s not active, then please try to activate it, then select the very top option in the list which is not page. Please save after that, then select to deactivate it again.
If you need further help, then please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
