    Hello,

    I am trying to get in touch with the support of Kriesi. The issue is that I have tried fixing a bug myself in the website which uses Enfold theme. The theme has been purchased in 2013 though Envato and I have trouble identifying the license certificate in order to ask for the support directly. Now, the error does not allow me to enter the site anymore, the error is “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ” (T_NS_SEPARATOR), expecting ‘)’ in /home/terenuri/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/functions.php on line 23″ after I’ve tried fixing “Warning: mysql_real_escape_string(): Access denied for user ‘swaneven’@’localhost’ (using password: NO) in /home/swaneven/public_html/wp-content/themes/replete/framework/php/class-framework-widgets.php on line 1322

    Warning: mysql_real_escape_string(): A link to the server could not be established in /home/swaneven/public_html/wp-content/themes/replete/framework/php/class-framework-widgets.php on line 1322”

    Could you please help me?

    Hey Oana,

    You are running a very old version of the theme (2.1), I’m guessing that’s why you are having problems. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.1.2) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
