    And what elements would it consist of?
    I’ve played around with a color block with a photo in the background but can’t get the other elements to “sit” at the bottom of it.
    Thoughts?

    Hey!

    Possible yes. You could start using the transparent header option:
    http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/homepage/transparent-header/

    And with some Quick CSS to push the header:

    #header{
top: 250px; /* change this by the height of the header image
}

    Other features like the background audio player and ajax navigation would need to be implemented with help of a plugin or a developer.
