Is there a way that I can build demo file from site built using enfold on local server (xampp) and be able to import that demo to live site running enfold? Please tell me the workaround.

If you enable debug mode then you will be able to see builder shortcodes, you can then copy those to you live site: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/
