I have a large quantity of images in my media library and I cannot add anymore. Is there a limit and more importantly is the a way to increase the limit?
July 30, 2015 at 7:36 pm #480881Hey Stephan!
Did you run out of space on your server? What does WordPress say when you try and upload an image?
Cheers!
ElliottJuly 30, 2015 at 8:38 pm #480927Thanks for getting back to me Elliott. We have a lot of space on the server. When we upload the image it shows up a gray icon and we are not able to use it. If I delete some of the photos it will let me add a them back and then start uploading only gray icons.
July 30, 2015 at 10:39 pm #480985Hey!
I just uploaded an image without an error (as shown below):

If you’re still having an upload issue on your end, please try the options below:
-
Upload an image using a different computer/device
Flush your cache
Try uploading an image using the twentyfifteen theme

I just tried uploading two and it didn’t work.
I haven’t updated the theme because it broke something and I wasn’t able to fix it so I did a restore to get it working again. I had someone do some work for me and I think they wrote some custom code.
July 31, 2015 at 3:38 am #481067Hi!
Well, we would still recommend using the latest version of enfold and if the error returns, we will gladly take a look at it.
Did you get a chance to attempt any of the other troubleshooting steps?
Best regards,
DakeJuly 31, 2015 at 5:00 am #481081Yes, I tried the other steps and that didn’t seem to do anything. Are you able to attach another image by chance?
July 31, 2015 at 5:18 am #481084Hey!
I created a test page here with the image I previously uploaded: http://systemcenter.com/testing/
I’m now looking into why newly uploaded images by me are suddenly giving errors now.Cheers!
DakeJuly 31, 2015 at 5:20 am #481085Thanks Dake, I think you were able to add the one because I deleted one. If I delete two I can add two.
July 31, 2015 at 3:37 pm #481394Hi!
Seems like a server issue. Try turning on WordPress debugging and check your server error logs to see if there is any information in there. I would also contact your hosting provider about this to see if they have any idea on what it could be.
You need to update Enfold and also WordPress to the latest versions.
To make sure it’s not an Enfold issue you can switch to the default theme and check to see if it happens there as well.
Cheers!
ElliottJuly 31, 2015 at 7:38 pm #481539Aloha Elliot,
I tried switching the them and have the same problems so I don’t think it is the theme. I am wondering if I should delete a lot of the auto generated image sizes that we are not currently using or at least the three that WP is creating.
I’ll try to get a login to the host site for you as well.
Thanks,
Stephan.July 31, 2015 at 8:40 pm #481557I was able to create a ftp login
August 3, 2015 at 3:30 pm #482145Hey!
If it’s happening in all themes then it’s most likely a problem with your server and/or WordPress installation. You do not need to delete any of the existing auto generated images.
Have you contacted your hosting provider? Did you check your server error logs?

ElliottAugust 3, 2015 at 8:45 pm #482407Thanks Elliot, I will do that. I just got this our Sucuri Monitor regarding our website and need to find someone to look into it further. I wonder if this could be my problem.
Subject: Sucuri Monitor: Warnings for systemcenter.com
Our server side scanner identified some issues on the website: systemcenter.com:
Warning: File possibly compromised: ./wp-content/plugins/indeed-smart-popup-plugin/indeed-smart-popup.php (php.injected.fake_wp_jquery.001). Manual review recommended.
Warning: File possibly compromised: ./wp-content/themes/enfold_mod/framework/php/function-set-avia-backend.php (php.injected.fake_wp_jquery.001). Manual review recommended.August 3, 2015 at 9:22 pm #482417think I found my problem is, I was just told that there is a 4000 monthly upload limit. I can upload now that its a new month.
