As per above – my colleagues with small screen PCs and IE8 can’t see the slider.
Does it depend on responsiveness issues?

PaulMay 31, 2014 at 6:27 pm #272808Hi UncleGroOve!
As far as I know it should work fine in IE8. What OS and version are they running that it isn’t showing with IE8?
Cheers!
DevinJune 1, 2014 at 6:42 am #272926Hi Devin – basically they’re seeing a gaping white hole where the good stuff should be.
WIN7 (32bit IIRC), IE8Thx

June 2, 2014 at 6:08 pm #273377Hello again – many many issues cropping UP on IE (it’s sadly amazing how far removed this browser is to the rest of the field).
Basically most of graphics/pics appear gritty and smudged, incorrectly dimensioned, when responsive images appear fonts get arbitrarily downscaled, etc.
That’s why I was asking if there are any IE-specific hacks that need to be manually added to the core CSS files, or for example when entering custom code in the General Styling “Quick CSS” field…
Thx

I tested in IE11 (emulating IE8) and it worked as expected:

Can you post a screenshot of your view?
Cheers!

Have you tried disabling all third-party plugins to see if it gets fixed?

JosueJune 9, 2014 at 11:15 pm #276728It’s working now.
It was the jQuery Updater plugin.
Thank u very much :)June 9, 2014 at 11:22 pm #276731You are welcome, always glad to help :)
I knew it was that, there is no way jQuery 2.x would support IE8, they dropped it a long time ago.
