    Hi,
    I have a website which is running with Enfold.
    No Child Theme has been set-up at the beginning of site, which is quite big now and I would like to avoid having issue with theme updates with CSS for example.

    Can I switch from Enfold to Enfold child theme now?

    Have you made any changes on theme files? If so, which ones did you edit?

    No, only Custom CSS in the theme option.

    In that case, if you have not changed theme’s name, you can feel free to start using a child theme – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/ :)
