Using the advanced layout editor I can’t seem to figure out how to achieve this layout: LAYOUT
Please could you tell me how it can be done with columns? Thanks

Nesting columns is not possible with the builder by default, but if you enable debug mode you can copy/paste shortcode and you should be able to achieve that layout: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/
