Hi guys,
since I have updated to the last version of Enfold happens that if I install a new plugin I have to log out and go back in, in order to see that on the left bar. Otherwise it will be not visible. Why does it happen?
thanks

It sounds like a local problem, try clearing the cache from your browser and restart it to see if that helps.
Best regards,

I tried to clear the cache. It did not fix.I am having this issue since the update of the theme to last version.
Thanks,

Thanks for the update. Where and how can we reproduce the problem you are having?

I believe simply installing a new plugin and then checking if it appears on the side menu without logging out and coming back in I think.Below access details.
Thanks,
MarcoOctober 7, 2019 at 6:08 am #1145622Hi,
Thanks for that. The same thing happens on my end, does it work normally if you activate one of the default WordPress themes and/or deactivate all other plugins?

RikardOctober 7, 2019 at 11:37 am #1145722Hi Rikard,
I just tested it.Yes same issue if I activate enfold child or Twenty Nineteen.
UPDATE
Rikard, I just read your other ticket where you pointed me out to verify if the plugin SG cache mey be the cause.I tested it again and I noticed that it is SG cache preventing me to see the new changes on the side menu.
So 2 tickets 1 solution :-)
Thanks again,
Marco-
