Hi,
I was testing a site that I made on my mobile (iPhone 6+):
I have noticed that the menu won’t scroll properly for some reason?
It used to work fine. On some other pages it does seem to work ok.
I did a forum search and saw that it was an issue in the past but it had been rectified in later updates. The work around was using two fingers to scroll which does work but this is not user friendly..
Any idea how to fix this?
Thanks,
Harvinder

Thanks for the details. Did you try clearing the cache from both your caching plugin and from the browser you are using on the phone?

Thank you

May 2, 2017 at 8:25 pm #786672Hi Harvinder,
I’ve tested in emulators and scroll seems to be fine. There are however errors in Javascript in Safari which might cause a hickup or page freeze. You can see them in private.
If you need further assistance please let us know.

VictoriaMay 2, 2017 at 8:27 pm #786676Hi Victoria,
Thanks for getting back to me.
It doesn’t really make much sense to me.. Are you suggesting that this may be causing the issue?
What do I need to do from here?
Thanks,
Harvinder
May 2, 2017 at 8:55 pm #786695Hi Harvinder,
Actually, I just checked on my iPhone and the scroll is working properly. What you can do here is test on another device, and/or clear cache on your device. Here is how to clear cache on mobile devices:
https://support.wix.com/en/article/clearing-your-browsers-cache-on-a-mobile-device
https://www.wondershare.com/mobile-phone/how-to-clear-cache-on-android-devices.htmlCould very much be an annoying cache issue.
Let us know how that worked for you.

May 3, 2017 at 7:28 pm #787335Hi,
I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.

AndyMay 3, 2017 at 7:34 pm #787338Hi,
Do you mean W3 Total Cache?
Shall I disable this and then try?
Thanks,
Harvinder

BasilisMay 3, 2017 at 7:42 pm #787343Ok,
I’ve disabled it but there was never an issue with the desktop.
Only on mobile and tablet devices.
It doesn’t appear to have made any difference.
I’ve just tested it on my phone.
Thanks,
Harvinder

May 6, 2017 at 12:10 pm #788785Hey!
Did you remove the browser cache or hard refresh the page after adding the css code?
Cheers!
IsmaelMay 6, 2017 at 3:03 pm #788841Hi,
Yes I cached the page and tested on different devices.
I can’t understand why this is happening?
The slick menu system is what actually convinced me to go with Enfold ahead of Divi.
I’m very disappointed.

May 8, 2017 at 10:04 am #789367Hi,
Please bare with us while we check the issue. Can you reproduce the scrolling issue on our demo? I have asked the rest of the support team to check the thread.

May 9, 2017 at 7:38 am #790036Hi,
I checked on Iphone6 and I can’t scroll past the visible elements either, last element is Wetroom Install & Repair. I’m not sure why that is happening though. Did you make any changes at all to any theme files?

RikardMay 9, 2017 at 11:57 am #790181Hi,
No I haven’t.. My programming knowledge is very limited so I don’t have the skills to.
Rather then going back and forth with questions and answers I’d appreciate you guys making an effort in to solving the actual problem here.
My client is getting really annoyed with me. I’ve assured him that the support team at Kriesi know exactly what they’re doing and will help to solve the issue.
I found another website with the exact same issue.
cloverleafmaintenance co.uk
I bought this theme for a reason and the menu system is what swang the pendulum in Enfold’s favour.
I don’t want to have to answer any more questions.
You guys have the login details.
I just need help fixed.
Thanks,
Harvinder
May 10, 2017 at 4:47 pm #791201Hi Harvinder,
We are truthfully sorry that you are having issues with the theme however it is not very easy to find the cause of this particular issue that is why it is taking longer than it should.
Can you please post FTP logins here privately as well so we can look further into the issue?
Also, i read older posts but wanted to check with you again, can we de-activate all active plugins for testing purposes?Best regards,
YigitMay 10, 2017 at 10:09 pm #791360I am having the same issue on multiple sites. I posted my own thread as well. Please let me know how to get this fixed. I am getting multiple complaints from clients as well so ballindigital is not alone on this. I tried all of the above to no avail and the hosting companies cannot fix the issue. Following the thread..
Below are links to websites that have this issue:
May 10, 2017 at 10:17 pm #791362Plugins are not the issue….
May 11, 2017 at 6:34 am #791500Hi @hylandgraphics,
Thanks for that though one thread is enough for the problem, we check and reply to all threads. Please try not to post in multiple threads since they get very hard for us to follow and moderate.
Best regards,
RikardMay 11, 2017 at 4:18 pm #791711Understood. Saw this a few pages back after I posted as I could not find the answer and was looking for the fix. I just wanted to comment that it is not an isolated instance. I have posted in my original thread and will follow responses there…..
