    I just applied the Enfold theme to our site: http://www.banff.com and can not seem to get the site to load at all in iPad mini Version 10.3.3.

    Any ideas?

    It’s loading fine on my end. Did you try to clear your browser cache and reload the page?

    Since I posted I kept working and I was using transparent header and iOS just didn’t seem to like it.

    Since moving to No transparency everything is solid on all devices.

    But, my goal was to add some imagery into the header area. Do you have a suggestion on how I could add some images, or image space within the header for come color?

    Hi Paul,

    Thanks for the feedback. The solid background colour is the default behaviour for mobile devices. I’m not sure how you would like to change that though? Please try to explain a bit further what you would like to achieve or post screenshots highlighting the changes.

    Maybe it’s better explained here what I would like to do. Funny, since I posted this one, it stopped working in Firefox and is behaving like iPad and Chrome now with the image below the header and not underneath the header as a background with header overlay.

    Hi Victoria,

    Log into WordPress, then in a new browser window bring up and look at the home page. It will display as I would like …

    Now … Log OUT of WordPress and bring the home page up in a new window again and it will not display properly?? Trying to figure this one out …

    None of the Media Elements are sticking to the top of the page when logged OUT of WordPress (looks fine when Logged in).

    It’s happening with: Fullwidth Easy Slider, Featured Image Slider, Advanced Layer Slider, Image ….
