    Good morning,
I have bought an enfold theme from an Iranian website. Everything was fine locally, but when I uploaded the site on the host, I got an ionCube error. I asked the host to install ionCube, but they didn’t accept to do it. What should I do now? Is there any way that I can have Enfold without ionCube? Can I buy a version of Enfold that doesn’t need to install ionCube on the server side?

    Thank you very much,
    J.R

    Hey Javaneh Ramezani,

I’m not sure what ionCube is, where exactly did you buy the theme? We only sell on one site, and that is through Themeforest/Envato.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

I had not bought it from this website, but I was wondering if your thems also require additional software called ionCube Loader or not?

    Regards,

    Hi,

No, the theme doesn’t require anything called ionCube.

    Best regards,
