I would be more than happy to but my problem does not allow me to log in to share my concerns on the forum and from the link given through email is invalid therefore I can not change my password, therefore, I cannot log in. The link you send me in my email is invalid. Please help so I can take advantage of your support team that was offered when I bought the template; enfold.

This is the message I get when trying to reset/change my password. I tried 15 times and it still loops back to this message.
