Hello,
We have followed normal practice setting up internal page links to sections of this webpage but the links are not working. The links are found in the “Menu” section of the webpage, just below the header image and header text.
Each link in the “Menu” section corresponds to a correct Custom ID Attribute for each of the 12 text boxes on the page that follow the “Menu” text box. On other pages of this website where we have set up internal page links in the same way, all works fine; the links work perfectly. But not on this page.
I have put the webpage address and its password in the Private Comment section.
We’ll appreciate any help you can provide to solve this problem.
Thanks.
October 1, 2024 at 5:27 am #1468141Hey clbdcnpafe,
Thank you for the inquiry.
The anchor links are #1, #2, #3, and so on, but there are no elements on the page with the corresponding ID attributes (1, 2, 3, etc.). Please make sure the sections or elements have matching IDs. For more info, please check the link below:

IsmaelOctober 1, 2024 at 12:21 pm #1468166Hello Ismael.
Please take a closer look. We are well aware of how to do this and have set EVERY text box with the identifiers, over and over again. If there were a way to upload images, we would show you exactly what we have done. The fact is that although we have set these identifiers, they are NOT being saved when the page is updated..
Show us how to upload the images and we will provide you all that you need to see.. Can you do that? We need this problem solved.
Thank you.
October 1, 2024 at 4:03 pm #1468184Hi,
You can upload screenshots to a service like Google Drive, Dropbox, Imgur, Snipboard or similar. Then link to the image here.
If you need further help, then please post admin WordPress login details in private.
Best regards,
RikardOctober 3, 2024 at 2:40 pm #1468365Hello.
I have shared a link in private content that shows, quite clearly, that we know very well how to enter and save developer settings. You will see four screenshots of four of twelve text boxes showing how we do this. WE have saved each text box and updated the page numerous times; the liks are STILL not working.
We have followed the same procedures FOR YEARS using Enfold and internal link settings (Developer Settings) on other pages of this website without encountering this problem.
It would be very helpful at this point, and save us and you time, if you could tell us why these links are NOT working on this page, and provide a solution, rather than telling us that we are not setting up these links properly.
Thank you.

October 3, 2024 at 5:59 pm #1468380Hi,
Thanks for that, but we have no doubts that you know how to link to anchors. The names of the anchors makes it a bit difficult to check why it’s not working though, since they are returning 523, 319, 317, 353 and 382 results respectively in the markup on your site. If you don’t want to share login details with us like I asked in my previous message, then please change the anchors/IDs to something unique.
Best regards,

October 4, 2024 at 4:13 am #1468394Hi,
Thank you for the update.
Have you tried using unique identifiers instead of numbers? For example, we changed the first anchor to #director and updated the corresponding text block’s ID attribute to director, and it works as expected.

IsmaelOctober 8, 2024 at 2:24 pm #1468649Hi.
Thanks for the recommendation. It worked using characters, not numbers. Question: are these entries case-sensitive? That is, if we use an identifier like “Test”, does the link have read “Test” or will “test” also work?
Thanks.
