Hi,
when I open my website in google chrome and firefox, everything looks Ok, but when I open the website with the internet explorer, text is missing, pictures just half visible and so on. What is wrong? Maybe the smae is with safari.
Best regards!
July 16, 2019 at 5:41 am #1119044Hey RonnyE2019,
In the Private Content area is a beta version with the latest fixes which has solved many IE & Edge issues so perhaps this will help you also.
The easiest and safest way to test the beta version is to rename your current theme to “enfold-old” via ftp then upload the new “enfold” and check that your site is working correctly.
Once you are happy you can delete the “enfold-old” via ftp, (not the WP theme page)
Should for some reason you wish to roll-back to the old version, it’s easy to do, simply rename the new “enfold” to “enfold-new” via ftp and then rename “enfold-old” to “enfold” then refresh your page.
Please don’t try to overwrite the theme folder, as this will leave old files behind and cause errors.Best regards,

I have 2 questiions:
1. Where can I find the enfold beta version? Where is the Private Content area?
2. Where can I find the current enfold folder via FTP (whcih folder path)?

July 16, 2019 at 1:57 pm #1119148Hi,
The Private Content area is just below each post, please try logging in to your support account to see the link.
The Enfold file path is: /wp-content/themes/enfold/Best regards,
MikeJuly 16, 2019 at 5:29 pm #1119207Hi,
it didn´t work – with IE it is not working.
What else can I do?Regards!
July 17, 2019 at 7:01 am #1119421Hi again,
I tried it again and now it works. But now the header font size is small (not 20px). What can I do (in “advanced styling” I changed the “main Menu Links” to 22px and it worked befor but now not).

When you do this try to enable and disable performance tab and check if this solves the issues.

July 20, 2019 at 9:20 am #1120413I have a 2. question: What can I do to have all table rows in one line, so that the table end at one line (and all button are in one line).
July 20, 2019 at 5:17 pm #1120453Hi,
To have the top of all of the columns in line please change the second column so it’s not “highlight column”
But to have all of the buttons line up at the bottom we will need to ensure each cell has the same content length in each row.
Please try adding spaces to the cells so they will all be equal, but I’m not sure that this will look good.Best regards,
