Dear Support,
my new site has rendering problems on Explorer, 11, 10, and 9.
On the Homepage the Easy-Slider pictures and the blog masonry doesn´t get rendered. It shows just a white space.
Do you know what is causing this error?
ThanksNovember 16, 2016 at 12:09 pm #712859I tried to disable all plugins but the render-problem ist still there. Do you see the problem on the internet explorer as well?
November 16, 2016 at 5:24 pm #713062Hi,
I asked my teammates to check your website on IE. Please kindly wait to hear from them.
In the meantime, please make sure that you are using the latest version of Enfold which is currently 3.8 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and try flushing cache after de-activating all active plugins. Some users had issues with Autoptimize plugin and as i can see from your source code, you are using it as well.
Best regards,
YigitNovember 19, 2016 at 2:55 pm #714351Thanks Yigit,
i am running the latest enfold version and to be sure i deactivated the autoptimize plugin.
Thanks for any helpNovember 22, 2016 at 5:22 pm #715445Hi,
I’ll try to check it with an IETester. For the meantime, can you please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
Best regards,

November 23, 2016 at 1:56 pm #715920Hey!
I have checked it via IETester and it seems not to load but I tried using a laptop with IE11 and the easy slider works just fine, there’s an emulation mode in IE11 which allows it to use IE10 and IE9 and it works just fine also, Easy Slider and Masonry displays and functions properly. It’s hard to debug with IE since it doesn’t have the same inspector with Chrome or Firefox, I hope you would extend your patience on this. Can you post a screenshot on IE9, 10 and 11 please?
Best regards,
NikkoNovember 23, 2016 at 2:57 pm #715970Hi Nikko,
thanks for your help.
It seems that since i deactivated autoptimize plugin the slider and the masonry render correct again.
I don´t know why. But in this case i prefer to not use autoptimize.November 23, 2016 at 3:20 pm #715978Hey!
Glad that it’s fixed :) Try other minifying plugins that won’t cause any issues :)
