I’ve used Enfold as my base theme for my website (using the child theme) but have custom coded the pages using ACF. I’ve never had this issue before, but one of my websites (www.romafeedlot.com.au) is not loading in IE Windows XP and getting the “Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage” error message.

My hosting company has told me everything is working from there end so I’m wondering if it’s the theme. I’ve noticed there’s been issues in the past with this theme and IE but after a good deal of trouble shooting can’t find a fix.

Is this an issue with Enfold? Login credentials provided in private content.

    Thank you.

    Hey Portfolio,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

What is the actual version of IE in their computers? It is possible that the IE browser in Windows XP is no longer compatible with the theme because Microsoft already ended their support for this OS and probably everything within it back in 2014.

I think the problem is about animation on explorer. when set an animation option on the backend of Fullwidth Easy Slider, it does not work on explorer 11 browsers. the opacity of the animation is set to 0 and not start

    any clues?

    thank you
