I have a client site that only shows glyphs in IE – I disabled all plugins. I have no idea how to start diagnosing this problem. HELP!
Using cross-browser testing, it looks fine – but it’s not.

    IE 11 on a Windows 10 machine

I’ll see if I can setup a user login, but I know they have Sucuri IP filtering for admin access.

    Hi tornadomktg,

I tried to login using the credentials you gave but I’m getting this error:

Access Denied - Sucuri Website Firewall

    Thanks Nikko,
I added your IP address, it should work now.

Two things I’ve discovered today so far:

    1. It’s not every page that’s impacted. Some work just fine.
    2. If I go to the blog page, in the debugger, I can see:

CSS3114: @font-face failed OpenType embedding permission check. Permission must be Installable.
    proxima_nova_regular.otf

No idea where that is or why it would be on a page. I’ve never installed Proxima-Nova-Regular

    Hi tornadomktg,

I have checked the site (including all pages present in the Main Menu and its submenus) and I didn’t see any glyphs as mentioned or shown in the screenshot.
Please refer to the screenshot in private content, I’m using a Windows 10 machine and you can see Internet Explorer 11 being used, checked it in Chrome and Microsoft Edge as well but I can’t find anything.
Is there any addons on the IE browser of your client? or maybe try to clear the browser cache as well.

    Best regards,
    Nikko
