    Hi, I tryied to install the ENFOLD theme but whenever i activate it I get an error 500: Internal server error.
    what should I do to make the website work ? I can’t even access to my wp-admin area

    Are you installing a new version or updating? Do you know what version of PHP you are using on the server?

    I’m installing the last version which I just bought, before I had another theme. I’m not sure what is the PHP version, what versions are accepted ?
    I already tryed deactivating all plugins but it doesn’t solve the problem.

    The PHP version of the server is the PHP 5,3.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update, the minimum required version to run WordPress and the theme on is 5.6, though you should try to update to 7.1 or 7.2 since older versions of PHP are losing security updates soon.
