Hi,
I have this problem. I created the menu with calls to the different sections of the home like this http://www.mywebsite.com/#about, http://www.mywebsite.com/#brands, http://www.mywebsite.com/#services
The problem is that when I enter the individual brands, http://www.mywebsite.com/portfolio-items/wonter,
the entry does not work because it is addressed for example to http://www.mywebsite.com/portfolio-items/wonter/#about and not to http://www.mywebsite.com/#about
The main idea is to have two different menus one for the internal pages of the site and one for home, is this possible? Such as? Or are there other solutions?
Thanks for your help.May 29, 2019 at 10:38 am #1105092You can define absolute URLs in the menu.
Instead of “#about” insert the whole path “http://www.mywebsite.com/#about”.May 29, 2019 at 10:47 am #1105093Yes, I did that for home page menu. but this one not working when I am inside portfolio page.
I found this tutorial: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/menu/#different-menu-for-different-pages
But the plugin is not updated.
I need to find another solution or another plugin.May 29, 2019 at 11:02 am #1105096But it _should_ work, also if you are on a portfolio page.
So rather than building a second menu solution, it’d recommend to investigate why that’s not working. Is the site online to see and test that behaviour?
Did you look at the source code of the menu to check if the correct absolute path is set?—–
Edit:
Ah … wait … so … .if your are on a portfolio page you _don’t_ want to go to the home page anchor? You want a relative navigation inside the portfolio page too?
Sorry if i misunderstood the problem.May 29, 2019 at 11:12 am #1105097This reply has been marked as private.May 29, 2019 at 7:36 pm #1105242I tried again with this plugin and it works well.
Before I don’t flag the correct “Avia” in setting.
Thank you again for your support.May 29, 2019 at 8:10 pm #1105276Hi,
