I have Yoast SEO full suite installed.
Yoast will show how many internal links inbound and outbound a post has in the columns on the right of the post.
Unfortunately this is no longer showing and yoast support said it’s the Enfold theme?
Here is their email:
Hi Mark,
Thanks for the email! Ahh ok. This issue is with the pagebuilder. Yoast is not compatible with every pagebuilder plugin or theme like Enfold. If the plugin/theme has added the right code for Yoast to hook into, Yoast is expected to then scan those modules, find the links, and then begin to drop the pages off as orphaned content. We are not familiar with that plugin/theme so we are not sure if they have added the right code. We suggest contacting the plugin’s/theme’s authors and asking them if they have included the right code in all the modules for Yoast to scan. This guide explains more and includes links to the code they need to have: https://kb.yoast.com/kb/is-the-plugin-compatible-with-xyz-visual-page-builder/.
In the meantime, please know that even though Yoast is showing warnings as long as you know you have added the right content like internal links, images, etc., so will Google. Google will still be able to scan the source code of the page.
Please let us know if you have any more questions.
Hey markship,
Please try updating to Enfold 4.5.5 and see if the issue persists.
Best regards,
Victoria
