Hi all,
I’ve built a membership website using Enfold theme and Imember360 (https://imember360.com/).
For those of you who don’t know, imember is a membership plugin that works with Infusionsoft.
However something weird is happening.
If I use another theme (for example, Jupiter or X), login times are between 2-4 seconds.
However, if I use enfold, immediately the login time is 15 seconds +
I have spoken to the people at imember and they can’t figure out why enfold is causing such issues with their program.
I was hoping someone here might be able to help.
If I can’t solve this issue i’ll have to switch to using a different theme on my website. Thanks in advance!

Can you please post the link to your website?
Also, please make sure that you are using the latest version of Enfold which is currently 3.4.4 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/Cheers!

I tried logging in and the load was not fast but it wasn’t slow either, maybe 3-4 seconds. Could you try clearing your browser cache to see if there might be a local problem? Also, how do we access the backend? /wp-admin/ redirects to /welcome/
Regards,
RikardNovember 29, 2015 at 9:07 am #544101We are all only getting very slow loads (10-12 seconds).
We have tried multiple computers, browsers, devices in multiple locations, + changed servers 3 times.
We even had the maker of imember360 have a look at it, and he can’t figure out why Enfold is making it so slow either.Oh, that’s because i didn’t give you admin details.
You’d need to log out, then log back (/wp-admin) in using admin detailsDecember 1, 2015 at 2:39 pm #545195December 2, 2015 at 3:46 am #545710Hi,
I’m not sure what to tell you except that I’m seeing fairly normal loading times when testing here: http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/ and loading it manually as well. I couldn’t see any other themes in your installation either?
Thanks,
RikardDecember 2, 2015 at 5:08 am #545723Hi Rikard,
Just to clarify, we are talking about the time it takes to LOG IN on the websites home page, not the time it takes to load the home page – right? That is, after clicking “log in”, it takes 12 seconds to hit the membership page as opposed to 2 seconds with other WordPress themes.
Thanks
December 4, 2015 at 1:12 am #546775Hi!
logging into your backend does not take any longer than normal for me. Could you fix it?

December 8, 2015 at 5:56 pm #548883Hi!
refuse from bumping into your own thread, as it pushes it behind in our queue and marks it as answered and then we can’t provide a faster reply to you.
Never heard of this problem before. I checked link in private content and login does take maybe 5 seconds for me, which is pretty normal I think. Try to contact plugin’s author about this.
Cheers!
AndyDecember 16, 2015 at 7:35 am #553484Spoke to the creator of the plugin and we checked everything and have established that it is the theme causing the problem.
I have decided to switch this website to a different theme due to the issue being unable to be solved. -
