Integrating External Video Hosting

I am trying to integrate a video portfolio item into our portfolio layout page. This video also requires a script and custom div tag for all the analytics from the third party service we use to function. Below is the code I need to integrate. We are currently using the AV portfolio short code to put the portfolio items on the page. And when I just put in the link for the video clicking that portfolio item opens up a new page. We are trying to get it to display similar to the YouTube videos where they open and play via a light box.
