    Hi there,

    I am installing Jetpack by WordPress.com as a plugin. The plugin is not installing. I do not why this is installing for me. Could you help me with this please?

    Hey Sean_Devane!

    What happens in the default theme? When you say it’s not installing is there some kind of error message?

    Hi Elliot, the following error “Jetpack could not contact WordPress.com: register_http_request_failed. This usually means something is incorrectly configured on your web host. Operation timed out after 5 seconds with 0 bytes received”. Do not know why this error comes up?
