    I am trying to install Enfold and have not had any problems installing Themes previously. After taking some time to load it is failing and showing this error message. Error : Please fix your theme to make plugins work correctly. Go to the Theme Editor and insert the following string: <?php wp_head(); ?> Please enter it just before the following line of your header.php file: </head> Go to your theme editor: click here.

    I have tried unsuccesfully to fix this entering the above code in the requested section.

    What do I need to do to install this correctly?

    Hey wlangshaw!

    Please refer to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/install-enfold-theme-with-ftp/ and try installing the theme via FTP manually

    I have downloaded Filezilla but am getting this message and am unsure how to access the info I need for this.

    You appear to be behind a NAT router. Please configure the passive mode settings and forward a range of ports in your router.
